The Vacuum Truck Operator is responsible for servicing portable toilets, hand wash stations, and holding tanks using a vacuum truck. This role is primarily a driving and sanitation position that involves routine cleaning, waste removal, refilling supplies, and ensuring all units are serviced safely, efficiently, and professionally. ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Operate a vacuum truck to service portable toilets, hand wash stations, and holding tanks
* Pump, clean, deodorize, and restock units according to company and environmental standards
* Transport waste material to approved disposal facilities in compliance with regulations
* Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections (pre- and post-trip)
* Complete required driver logs and service documentation accurately and on time
* Maintain cleanliness of truck, hoses, tools, and equipment
* Provide professional, courteous service while representing the company at customer sites
* Follow all company safety policies and environmental compliance requirements
* Work independently while managing daily routes and service schedules
* Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and near-miss reporting### ###
** Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications
*** Experience operating a vacuum truck or similar equipment is preferred
* Strong work ethic and ability to perform hands-on, physical work
* Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
* Good organizational skills and ability to complete paperwork accurately
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Willingness to accept after-hours calls when required
* Some short-term travel and occasional overnight stays may be required
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required### ###

*** Must be in good physical condition and able to perform manual labor
* Ability to lift hoses, operate valves, and work around waste materials### ###
