This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located in the South-Central Region. Candidates must be willing to travel between projects as needed.

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the timely delivery of materials and trucking services while maintaining clear communication with customers, vendors, drivers, and project teams.

• Coordinate daily dispatch and material delivery schedules
• Monitor load progress, cycle times, and on-site performance
• Maintain real-time communication with customers and suppliers
• Proactively resolve logistical issues and minimize downtime
• Track production targets and delivery metrics
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations
• Assist in cost control, load reconciliation, and reporting

This role is critical to maintaining project momentum and protecting customer relationships.
