human relations involvement:

understand and interpret written and oral communications and instructions;

cooperate with school system personnel, parents, students, and other motor vehicle operators.

minimum qualifications:

possess a high school diploma or ged;

be a minimum of 21 years of age;

have a valid class a or b cdl with air brake endorsement, passenger endorsement and school bus endorsement;

pass a yearly dot physical examination from a certified medical examiner listed on the fmcsa national registry;

pass a criminal history check;

pass random alcohol and drug testing.
