Maritime Freight Documentation Specialist

Hirebridge is seeking a Freight Forwarder in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and dispatch of maritime commercial cargo documentation for import and export vessel calls. Additionally, you will manage documentation workflows and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in freight forwarding, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is expected.
