Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to stay active on the job? We’re looking for a Route Assistant to help keep our deliveries running smoothly and efficiently every day!
Important:
This is a dynamic role—you will not be assigned to a fixed route. Routes may change daily based on business needs and delivery volume, so flexibility is key!
- Assist the driver with daily route navigation
- Help deliver, stock, and rotate products at customer locations
- Work on different routes each day to support team needs
- Safely lift and move products (35–50 lbs regularly, up to 150 lbs occasionally)
- Keep the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organized
- Act as a safety spotter when the driver is backing up the vehicle
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Pitch in with other duties as needed
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Flexible and adaptable to changing daily routes
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Must be 18 years or older.
