CDL A Drivers Run Flatbed Home Weekends - Will Train Securement (Full Time)

We are looking for Class A drivers with flatbed experience, or those who need training in flatbed securement. Drivers get home every weekend and earn an average of $1400–$1600 per week, plus full benefits. The position supports a rider and a pet at no charge.

• Start at 27% of the load and average $1450–$1600 per week.
• Run Monday–Friday and Saturday, with a minimum of 34 hours of rest each week.
• Operate primarily in the five states surrounding your domicile.

• Full medical, dental, 401(k), and other benefits starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
• Pets and riders welcome at no charge from day one.
• Optional $5,000 bonus for qualified experienced flatbed drivers: $1,500 after first load, $1,500 at 180 days, $2,000 at one year.
• Trucks no more than three years old, automatically driven Cascadias or T680s, assigned to driver and available for take‑home.

• To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver: one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in any 48‑ft or longer trailer with at least 6 months of verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed experience, or 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional flatbed experience within the last 3 years.
• To qualify for training: one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years.
• No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; if a major violation exists, no other violations are allowed.
• At most one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the past year, with no fatality or injury.
• Recent job not terminated for safety reasons.
• No felonies in the last 7 years and no pending charges.
• No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
