Regional & OTR Routes:
Navigate efficient lanes through the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, maintaining high productivity and consistent mileage.

No-Touch Freight Operations:
Manage 100% no-touch dry van loads with an 85% drop-and-hook ratio to keep you moving and out of the docks.

Equipment Stewardship: Operate and maintain a late-model ) Freightliner Cascadia Condo, utilizing advanced in-cab technology and safety features.

Safety & Compliance:
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections to ensure FMCSA compliance and road safety.

Weekly Gross: $1,700 $ 2,200 (Consistent miles & high-priority freight).

Starting Pay: $0.65 $ 0.70 CPM (Based on experience).

Immediate Cash: $1,875 (with Hazmat) or $1,700 (without Hazmat) bonus on your FIRST check !

Annual Safety Bonuses:
Earn an additional $5,600 $ 6,300 per year.

Full Benefits: BCBS Medical, Dental, 401K, and PTO starting after 60 days.

Rotation: 21 Days Out / 7 FULL Days Home.

Experience:

Minimum 9 months of recent verifiable Class A OTR tractor-trailer experience.

Safety:
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

History:
No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years.

Compliance:
No DUI, DWI, or OWI in the past 5 years.
