Trainee Program As Train Control Operator

We are looking for you for a one-week trainee program as a train control operator (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Baden-Württemberg. You can specify your desired time frame directly in the application process. Take a look behind the scenes of the German Railway, exchange ideas with our apprentices, and find out if an apprenticeship with us is right for you.

• You will learn how trains are navigated and coordinated through our network to ensure smooth and safe train traffic
• You will not be in the train but in a control center (called "control room")
• We will show you which buttons and switches you need to press to change signals (lights) or switches (transitions for a track change), etc.
• You will get an impression of the work in a mechanical and computer-based (electronic) control room

• You are at least 14 years old and in the 8th to 13th grade
• You find the world of DB exciting
• You have German language skills that correspond at least to language level B2
• Your way of working is conscientious and independent
