Location: New Orleans
Southeastern Freight Lines in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a PT Outbound Freight Handler to load and unload freight and assist in recouping damaged freight. You will prepare trailers, use safe lifting techniques, and select appropriate equipment to move, load, arrange, and unload freight.
You will weigh and dimension shipments, plan cube utilization, verify paperwork, check for hazardous material instructions, and ensure proper blocking and bracing to prevent shifting.
