Relief Route Driver (Class A CDL) - Full Time

This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday through Friday. This role is a Relief Route Driver position with no set route, responsible for covering any open or vacant routes as needed each day to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Retention Bonus:
All newly hired drivers are eligible for a $500 retention bonus after completing 90 days of employment.

The Relief Route Driver safely operates a route truck weighing more than 26,000 pounds and delivers beverage products to retail accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

• Cover and operate any assigned open routes as needed daily
• Deliver beverage products, including beer, tea, water, juices, and energy drinks, to retail customers
• Fill cold and hot shelves, rotate stock, and build displays
• Ensure accurate product delivery, invoicing, and collection
• Create invoices and collect payment for delivered products
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and sales personnel
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL
• Must hold a valid Medical Certificate in accordance with MSCR Regulation 49 CFR
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must report to work at the scheduled report time
• Must be able to repetitively lift 45 pounds and up to 167 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to frequently go up and down ramps and stairs
• Must be able to load and push a dolly carrying 8-15 cases per load
• Must be in good physical condition, including the ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, and maintain steady mobility for 8-12 hours per day
