Wholesale Driver Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Brief Description
Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of merchandise to predetermined stores on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading, and unloading the truck, and providing exceptional customer service to our customer base. You must inspect the invoices and the product being delivered and ensure that it is signed and approved. Review returns and product quality to avoid returns. Review matching product count and invoice to ensure proper payment and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory holdings match delivery requirements.
- Follow the scheduled route for daily deliveries.
- Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Load and organize product inventory from the warehouse to your vehicle and unload products in and out of trucks as needed throughout the day.
- Ensure that the inventory matches the manifest (shipping document attached).
- Pick up equipment, baskets, or any other product if necessary.
- Always keep the vehicle organized, clean and tidy.
- Scan or write the delivery confirmation upon arrival to the recipient customer, if necessary.
- Collect signatures and/or payments at the delivery locations.
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the right staff before the shift ends.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily for any problems (low tire pressure, tire wear, deformations, etc.) and report any anomalies.
- Follow the rules and regulations of the road at all times.
- Follow all security requirements applied by the company and the state to upload and unload products.
- Attend training as required by the company.
- Other tasks as needed.

- Competent driving and parking
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Customer and goal oriented
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds plus bending and twisting.
- Work well independently
- Open and transparent communication
Familiarity with GPS devices or mapping apps
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of previous experience
- Current forklift certification
- Bilingual Spanish/English
