CDL Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport agricultural materials, including fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia, to customer locations and cooperative sites.
• Operate within a regional area with routes primarily running through Iowa and Nebraska (home most days), and overnight routes to Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio.
• Follow all driving and safety policies.
• Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations for drivers.
• Follow all safety processes and insist on safe practices for self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license, including Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZ‑MAT licensure (or ability to attain) and Tanker Endorsement.
• At least 2+ years of commercial driving experience (3+ years preferred).
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.
• Anhydrous experience preferred.
• Tanker experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
