• Our team operates starting Mondays at 4:00am through Friday nights at 12:00am
• 24 hours per day 5 days per week

• Full-time employees will work a set schedule 40 hours per week.
• Five 8-hour shifts Monday through
  
  Fridayweekly.
• Shifts might vary based on business needs.

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license(Permitor Probationary License not accepted )
• At least 1 year ofshuttle, bus, or deliverytruck driving experience, with a strong, personable, customer-centric background, is required
• Extremely safe driver, familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• A CDL License isnot required,but is a plus!

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
• Answer employees' questions regardingoffices or department locations.
• Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle.

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
• Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for your co-workers and passengers
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all employee sand team members
• Answer employees' questions regarding medical offices or department locations.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You arewell-spoken,professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 21, possess a valid state driver's license with clean driving record,and havethe physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Our Shuttle Services Team makes the first and last impression for hospital staff during their workday, which allows us to make a huge impact! This team understands that people come first,as they strive tobe the embodiment of customer service while interacting with hospital employee sand your fellow teammates. Welcoming, hospital employees as you pick up/drop off along your assigned route, you will go above and beyond with your efforts to make their experience a memorable one.
