**** Driver Pay Rates:**
* ** Earn $76,000 - $88,000 per year**
* ** Monday - Friday daily pay:** $290
* ** Daily inspection pay:** $13 per 60-minute work session
* ** Winter "Chip Out" (November 1st - February 28th):** $20 for each instance
* ** Daily minimum pay when in training**
* ** Wait time:
** Starts after 90 minutes
* ** Loading/unloading pay
**** Benefits & Bonuses:****$5,000 RETENTION BONUS!!**

* ** Simplified Orientation**:
Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
** Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:*** $50 every week of your referred driver's first year* $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

**** CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
*** At least 21 years old
* CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
* Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
* Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
