Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to provide on-site roadway worker protection near live railroad tracks. You will coordinate job sites, oversee radio communications between dispatchers and engineers, and ensure all personnel adhere to safety requirements and railroad rules.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of Class I railroad MOW experience, with strong briefing, safety, and regulatory compliance skills.
