Boyd Bros. is recruiting truck drivers to join a family-friendly fleet that prioritizes safety, reliability and home time. Drivers can earn up to $90,000 per year with a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles, and most drivers earn $1,400–$2,200 weekly.
A $1,500 signing bonus plus $1,100 orientation pay is offered, with home weekends and supportive onboarding. There is minimal flatbed handling required for many routes, 40% drop & hook, and 40% loads not requiring tarping.
