10-4 Logistics is recruiting CDL school graduates to join an Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees earn $850 per week while completing one-on-one mentorship and paid orientation, building skills for regional freight. After solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week with no-touch freight.
The program includes company-paid tolls and fuel, round-the-clock dispatch support, and benefits from day one (health, dental, vision, life). Weekly or bi-weekly home time is available.
