Valiant is looking for a TES-Logistics General Laborer to join our team!

• Assists in proper care and handling of batteries; inspect, conduct joint inventory, properly load batteries in contact trucks; deliver batteries to assigned grid positions; exchange batteries on a 1 for 1 basis; use appropriate government forms to issue and receive batteries when required.
• Participate in the 24-hour operation procedures in the collection of vehicle MILES at the Logistical Transfer Control Point (LTCP) otherwise known as 5 Corners.
• Must be capable of working both day and night shifts as scheduled
• Must train and become proficient in military map reading including deciphering and encoding locations using the Military Grid Reference System
• Must become proficient in military communications procedures including using the phonetic alphabet and understanding call signs, pro-words, and acronyms.
• Assist other branches on the contract with mission essential tasks outside of rotations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work irregular hour shifts; length of shifts may vary up to 12 hours as required by the JRTC.
• Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries.
• Must possess a valid Louisiana State Driver's License (or other state equivalent).
• Ability to receive fork-lift certification.
• Individual must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.
• Preferred:
  Proficient in military map reading.

• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Preferred:
  Fork-lift certified.

• Must be in good physical condition capable of prolonged standing and walking over uneven terrain.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
