- Streamline all aspects of the cargo transportation process
- Prepare the safest and most efficient method of loading aircraft
- Ensure all cargo is safely loaded onto aircraft in the most efficient manner
- Create load plans that minimize shipping time, expedite routes, and maximize cargo loads
- Prepare and enter loading instructions and manifests in the software system
- File all post-departure paperwork
- Detect problems, recognize important information, link data, and investigate potential causes
- Maintain situation awareness and understand the broader context of problems and processes
- Work effectively with others to achieve shared goals
- Express ideas and views clearly in writing
