LEM Trucking has an opening for a Class A CDL Driver in New Orleans with a regional fleet averaging 2,100 to 2,300 miles per week. Drivers return home every week for a 34-hour reset while earning an average of $1,000 to $1,550 per week.
The position also includes a $1,000 minimum weekly pay program, providing additional income consistency when qualifying weekly mileage fluctuates.
What Your Week Looks LikeThis is regional dry van work with approximately 99% no-touch freight. Loads are a mixture of drop-and-hook and live load or unload appointments. Freight handling by the driver is minimal, allowing most of the workday to remain focused on running scheduled freight.
For a Class A CDL Driver who wants regular home time without moving into a local operation, this schedule provides a balance between road time and a weekly reset at home.
Pay and Driver BenefitsCPM is determined by verified driving experience, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,000 to $1,550. Eligible drivers also have access to a full benefits package.

Drivers operate 2016 or newer International, Freightliner, or Kenworth tractors. Equipment on this fleet includes 10-speed manual transmissions, so applicants should have the ability to operate manual equipment.
Orientation is approximately three days and is paid. Drivers receive private hotel accommodations, and covered orientation expenses are provided during the onboarding process.
Experience NeededA Class A CDL Driver must have at least six months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the previous 12 months. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and satisfy applicable company safety and qualification standards.
