Warehouse Associate

Overview

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Garcia Roofing is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be required to do daily material prepping, coordinate with vendors, coordinators, schedule deliveries, document inventory, and follow up with vendors and crews. All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.

• Coordinate deliveries, resources, and information between the office and field.
• Keep in contact with the office in regards to projects.
• Be the point of contact for the warehouse and all material dispatchers.
• Use project management tools to monitor materials, deliveries and plans.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.
• Comply with Garcia s policies, procedures and the employee handbook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data.
• Positive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent time management.
• Forklift handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook calendar).

• Work Schedule:
  
  Full time
• Monday - Friday
• 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
