Location: On-site – Kit Room/Warehouse

Fasteners Direct is hiring a Warehouse Kit Associate to help ensure our customers receive accurate, clean, and well-organized kits - every time. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and doing things the right way.

You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, following clear instructions, counting components, and preparing kits that directly support our customers and sales teams.

• Pack customer kits according to established work instructions
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of all components
• Count accurately and double-check work before sealing kits
• Label, mark, and stage completed kits for shipment
• Record required information (counts, weights, measurements)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Warehouse, packing, or assembly experience is helpful but not required - we will train the right person

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motions
• Work performed in a warehouse/kit room environment

• Pay range: $37,000 – $42,000 annually
