Warehouse Operator—Responsibilities

Maintain fork‑lift trucks by performing routine inspections, lubricating parts, and reporting issues to supervisors for repair.

Execute all storage processes including stock counts, verification, movements, and corrections, ensuring inventory accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP tool. Conduct outbound picking, packing/labeling, and shipping with the highest quality standards, updating the WMS or ERP accordingly.

Participate in cycle counts and reconciliation efforts to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining inventory integrity.

Transport goods within the warehouse using fork‑lift trucks or other material handling equipment while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Work flexible hours as needed based on business requirements (additional shifts, weekends, on‑call, mandatory extra hours).

1st shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).

• 2+ years’ experience as a warehouse operator with WMS in the medical or highly regulated business.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and quality specifications.
• Experience with equipment operations and maintenance, inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment installations.
• High school diploma or vocational education.

• Pay range: $17.75 – $26.65 per hour (Minnesota) plus overtime eligibility.
