Warehouse Associate

Overview

Blast One is a growing business in the Industrial Corrosion Control industry, looking for top talent to join our dynamic, fast‑paced family worldwide.

• Ensure all orders that can ship are shipped in the expected time frame
• Receive all orders in the same day the goods arrive to Blast One.
• Ensure all customer returns are processed within 24 hours of receiving goods.
• Label every item prior to putting it on the shelf as per Blast One label standards.
• Complete all work orders on or before the assigned due date
• Complete scheduled cycles count for the day, week, and month
• Stock the warehouse shelves in an organized and safe manner
• Maintain appropriate level of warehouse packaging to meet the organization’s needs
• Pick and receive orders – includes use of assigned handheld device
• Follow necessary assigned warehouse checklist items on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Assist rental operations teams with equipment preparation, staging, and loading/unloading to support daily rental activity
• Champion a safe workplace
• Keep warehouse assembly area clean and organized ready for work
• Communicate in a positive manner with internal and external customers
• Communicate via phone/email swiftly to confirm or keep work moving through the warehouse as expected
• Keep yard area free of trash and debris
• Ensure shipping supplies are stocked on a regular basis – Houston will support
• Complete daily KPI/Huddle report for morning meetings
• Work with service team to ensure repairs parts are ordered, received, and allocated correctly
• Parts assembly
• Inventory control, cycle counts, end of year inventory audit etc.

• Heavy lifting up to but not limited to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle everyday challenges
• Shipping & Receiving experience
• Forklift experience
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for shift duration
• Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
• Reliable – you can be counted on to do a great job
• Winning attitude – you hold your emotions in check, even in tough situations
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities; excellent organizational & critical thinking skills; high sense of urgency; strongly motivated; balanced perspective; and an effective communicator at all levels.
