Position Location: This role supports our St. Rose, LA branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater New Orleans, LA area.

ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.
Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application.
Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the branch.
Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow‑up and proof of delivery and inventory.
General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to standard warehouse guidelines and follow Siemens' policies.
Provide detail‑orientation, accuracy, and organization in all work.
Safety first attitude.
High School Diploma or state‑recognized GED.
3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
On‑the‑job experience with SAP – IM (Inventory Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules.
Material handling – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment.
Working with cross‑functions (e.g., project managers, service technicians).
Must be able to demonstrate responsiveness and thorough customer service approach and the ability to work independently (supervised remotely).
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Associate’s degree in a related technical field preferred, but not necessary.
Variety of supply chain management experience.
SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.).

Pay range: $34,986 – $59,976 annually (actual wage may vary based on budget and candidate experience).
