Position Location: This role supports our St. Rose, LA branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater New Orleans, LA area.

• Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.

• Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application.

• Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the branch.

• Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow‑up and proof of delivery and inventory.

• General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to standard warehouse guidelines and follow Siemens' policies.

• Provide detail‑orientation, accuracy, and organization in all work.

• High School Diploma or state‑recognized GED.

• 3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• On‑the‑job experience with SAP – IM (Inventory Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules.

• Material handling – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment.

• Working with cross‑functions (e.g., project managers, service technicians).

• Must be able to demonstrate responsiveness and thorough customer service approach and the ability to work independently (supervised remotely).

• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• Associate’s degree in a related technical field preferred, but not necessary.

• Variety of supply chain management experience.

• SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.).

Pay range: $34,986 – $59,976 annually (actual wage may vary based on budget and candidate experience).
