Warehouse Associate

Position Purpose

The Full Time Warehouse Associate for Heritage Landscape Supply is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
• Must be able to pass a background screening and a drug screening.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime and, depending on the role, performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
