Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team s role involves operating a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), preparing outbound customer orders, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 10am‑7pm. Pay: starting at $22 per hour, may increase with experience.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace and maintain facility safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including the use of a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 1–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail, ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment with a positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter who can learn our systems quickly and continually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
