Warehouse Dock Coordinator‑2nd shift | Time Type:
Full Time

• $18.75 – $21.50 per hour

• 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday)

• Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands.
• Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas.
• Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap and label products as required by client specifications.
• Process all picking functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

• Use appropriate documentation to verify that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly.
• Verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards and report any damages or discrepancies.
• Perform packaging, shrink‑wrapping and labeling as part of the quality control process.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all quality control functions.

• Execute all safety protocols and complete job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, supporting warehouse security.
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.

• Operate a pallet jack and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and report problems promptly.
• Assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

• Perform any additional duties assigned.
• Work overtime as necessary, whether mandatory or voluntary.

• Able to work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.

• English (reading, writing, verbal)

• Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities, count inventory, or perform related duties.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks promptly.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to change and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• At least 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.

• Occasionally:
  Handling/fingering, sitting.
• Frequently:
  Bending.
• Constantly:
  Walking and standing.
• Lifting/Carrying and pushing/pulling: 21‑50 pounds; able to reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.

Rarely exposed to fumes, airborne particles, or hazardous chemicals. Noise level is usually low to moderate.
