Warehouse Lead
Location:
St. Gabriel, LA. Compensation: $20–$21 to start. Job Type: Full-time.
Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring safe loading, securing, and delivery of orders, efficient material staging, workplace safety, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead and direct a warehouse team.
- Ensure safe loading, securing, and delivery of orders.
- Plan staging and organization of material for timely delivery.
- Maintain workplace health and safety requirements and protect assets.
- Comply with internal controls to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Research and implement improvements to warehouse operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift (certificate preferred but not required).
- Clean driving record and experience driving a 1‑ton flatbed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a warehouse or manufacturing team.
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, planning, organization, and people/process management skills.
