Spherion is currently seeking qualified Night Shift Warehouse Workers for temp-to-hire positions with a premier, industry-leading partner in Geismar, LA.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Thursday (until shift duties are completed). Overtime as needed
• Employment Type:

• Working hours:
  
  5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

• Efficiently load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments at the receiving dock.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
• Accurately pick, pull, and restock inventory across designated storage areas.
• Fulfill vendor requests, sales orders, and process returned merchandise.
• Sort pallets by size and manage damaged inventory through proper re-boxing or disposal protocols.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections, maintaining operational safety and promptly reporting facility or machinery issues.
• Ensure assigned work zones remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

High School

0-1 years

• Minimum of 1 year of professional warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated experience operating standard material handling equipment.
• Ability to consistently lift, lower, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Capability to perform sustained physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
