We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to pick and pack orders for live-selling activities. In this role you will be following orders as they come in, picking inventory to suit and organizing items together for packing and shipping. The person in this role will need to be motivated and detail oriented to ensure our customers get the great experience buying from us that they expect and deserve.

• Pick orders from inventory ensuring order accuracy
• Stage orders in an organized manner
• Pack completed orders once the show is complete
• Ensure inventory is accurate regularly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service, fulfillment, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.

• A detail oriented and motivated learner.
• Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for knives, gear, or related products-or a willingness to become an expert.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using order management tools.
• Strong organizational skills

• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours on concrete floors.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Safe handling of knives and edged tools.
• Prolonged periods looking at a computer screen.

• Friendly, team-oriented warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Fast-paced and ever-evolving as we experiment with new live-selling formats.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm & 4pm-1am
• Salary- $16.00 per hr
