Senior Accountant

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Perform technical accounting research and assist with the implementation of accounting guidance and policies

• Maintain and account for fixed assets and related schedules

• Support SEC reporting efforts through preparation of supporting schedules, tie-out documentation, and related reporting activities

• Review accounts payable activity and help ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance across accounting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

• Public accounting experience combined with industry accounting experience is highly preferred

• Experience with financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and SEC reporting support

• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements

• Self-directed professional who takes ownership, identifies solutions, and thrives with minimal supervision
