Summary:The Testing Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the school administration for state and AP testing. This role assists with test ordering, coordinates student testing accommodations for 504 Plans and IEPs, helps set up testing schedules and locations, supports proctor coordination, and communicates with College Board when issues arise or additional assistance is needed. The position also supports the secure handling of testing materials, including distribution, collection, and return, helping ensure testing procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Ensuring payment of the test through REVTrak.
- Coordinating testing locations and proctors.
- Coordination of testing materials (digital and paper).
- Coordination with College Board (irregularities, technology problem solving, etc).
- Coordination of technology (Chromebooks, personal devices, etc).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed and submitted BVSD online application.
- Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English
Preferred:
- Experience working with BVSD systems.
- Ability to work with College Board and Bluebook.
- College Board expertise.
- Ability to work on a computer, with all Google Suite applications, and Bluebook.
