The AES Clean Energy Operations team is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets. In this role, you will manage complex asset portfolios across the renewable and energy sectors, ensuring optimal performance and operational excellence.

The Portfolio Asset Manager will provide leadership in reporting, oversight, and cross‑functional coordination, while also supporting the development and coaching of team members. Asset Managers play a key role in operating a large and rapidly growing fleet of renewable and energy storage projects across the United States, contributing directly to the financial performance of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading project reporting.

- Supporting financial and commercial management.

- Ensuring compliance across assigned assets
- Coordinating day‑to‑day operations and maintenance activities.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and operations teams.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $87,000 and $104,550/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
