About the RoleAs a Project Engineer, you will play a role in coordinating and driving the execution of complex modular facility projects. You will work closely with other internal teams and departments to support safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This role bridges engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, and field construction, ensuring project are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You Will Do: (Essential Functions)

• Play a key role in delivering modular facility projects, from early planning through installation and commissioning

• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
• Drive project execution by managing schedules, budgets, and priorities, to meet critical deadlines

• Serve as a problem-solver on-site, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep work on track

• Provide technical support during installation, system tie-ins, and integration activities

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and client while ensuring high standards of quality and safety

• Lead coordination and progress meetings, keeping stakeholders informed on milestones, challenges, and next steps

• Review project designs and plans to ensure accuracy, constructability, and successful field execution

• Oversee contractor work and field activities to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and project goals

• Manage project changes effectively, including scope, cost, and schedule impacts

• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation while supporting continuous improvement in processes and outcomes

• Champion a positive, collaborate work environment aligned with company values

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs required

• Travel regularly (domestically, approximately 50%-60%) to support on-site project activities

Travel & Schedule:

• Frequent travel to project sites is required, as outlined above
