The AES Corporation is seeking a Project Developer to lead utility-scale renewable energy projects within the CAISO market. This role is responsible for guiding projects from early development stages through to execution, ensuring all teams are aligned and milestones are met.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4–7 years of experience in renewable energy development. Knowledge of CAISO interconnection and permitting processes will be advantageous.
