Hardware Quality Engineer

Contract on W2 – 12+ months, 40 hours per week, 1st Shift (Mon‑Fri 8AM to 5PM), 100% On‑Site. (US Citizens or Green Card holders only; No H1B’s)

Hardware Quality Engineering is responsible for participating in product development teams to support all quality aspects of design, development, and design transfer to manufacturing, including supplier selection and qualification.

• Apply working knowledge of quality engineering concepts and test methods within the product lifecycle.
• Understand test protocol structure and requirements; apply basic knowledge of end‑user needs in protocols.
• Select appropriate test methods, develop and execute test protocols.
• Perform statistical analysis of results.
• Ensure quality objectives and goals are identified and adequately defined in specifications, procedures, and testing.
• Document and review documents to support Design History File (DHF).
• Provide feedback to the company regarding documentation adequacy.
• Work independently with minimal guidance; determine own work priorities.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to train and coach others using technical expertise.
