Capella, an IonQ company, is seeking a Staff Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to own full‑cycle PCBA harness designs from concept to flight readiness, working with RF, mechanical, software and FPGA/SoC teams in a space systems environment.
You will guide the Electrical Engineering team on topics, define tests, and contribute to schedule planning and risk mitigation. This role is based onsite in Louisville, CO with up to 10% travel.
