Project Engineer - Hardware Delivery

IDR is seeking a Project Engineer
- Hardware Delivery to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Colorado.

• Oversee hardware program execution, including managing BOMs, drawing packages, and procurement readiness.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, procurement, suppliers, and program management to resolve schedule blockers.
• Support hardware readiness reviews, EVM, CAM reviews, IMS status, and forecasting.
• Communicate project risks, schedules, and supplier status clearly through strong written and verbal skills.
• Adapt to an environment where designs, schedules, and constraints evolve rapidly.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering, hardware program execution, supply chain engineering, or aerospace hardware delivery.
• Experience managing complex BOMs, released part data, drawing packages, and configuration-sensitive hardware.
• Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, quality, procurement, suppliers, and program management to recover schedule and resolve blockers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief risk, schedule, and supplier status clearly.
