Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We are currently looking to hire an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Category Finance

In this role your primary responsibilities will include supporting our planning processes (including actual reviews and forecast updates for our annual, quarterly and monthly processes), providing analytical support on financial performance and cross‑functional team requests (marketing/sales/operations/accounting). You will support the FP&A team to develop high‑quality commentary to communicate performance drivers and root causes of variance.
Responsibilities- Analyze actuals performance and advise the team on forward‑looking adjustments.
- Support GPS forecasts, working closely with the team and our cross‑functional partners to develop and communicate those forecasts.
- Support cross‑functional alignment and provide required reporting/management deliverables for month, quarter and year‑end closes as needed.
- Grow yourself and participate in the improvement of financial processes and ways of working of the Business Unit.
- Support the team in ad‑hoc analyses and support decision‑making process within the Happy Family BU.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum of four years working in finance or accounting, with previous exposure to operations/manufacturing finance preferred.
- Experience with standard cost accounting and variance analysis.
- Systematic thinking, expert analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
- Expert Excel skills, with proven ability to produce high‑end work products suitable for analysis, and to manage ad‑hoc requests.
- Capability to manage high complexity, numerous projects and set proper priorities.
- Ability to work well on a team and cross‑functionally, helping to explain financial concepts to non‑finance professionals.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be in the assigned office location at least three days per week.
