** Job Description** :

+ Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care.

+ Follows CDC isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.

+ Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency Other duties as assigned.

+ Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

+ Performs related duties such as IV management in the neonate, lab collection, respiratory care and management, preparing delivery room for infant transition and care, and medication administration.

** The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:*
* ** QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:*
* Associate's of Nursing  (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
