Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Louisville, CO, for a Patient Service Representative at Advent Health Avista. The Patient Service Representative will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, verifying insurance information, and assisting patients with their needs at the front desk. This role involves ensuring patient satisfaction, providing accurate information, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment in the medical office.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette
- Experience with Insurance Verification and a solid understanding of Medical Terminology
- Familiarity with Medical Office operations and administrative processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred
