• Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
• Onsite role; no hybrid or remote option

Performs laboratory testing of patient specimens in one or more sections of the laboratory.

• Performs diagnostic/analytic testing of specimens.
• Interprets, documents and reports test results.
• Performs quality control testing, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complies with good laboratory practice and regulatory requirements.
• Performs projects as assigned as well as serves as a resource to laboratory staff and other clinical staff as needed.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action.

• Bachelor's degree and graduate of an accredited Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist program.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) by the American Medical Technologists (AMT) or as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or categorical ASCP certification in a laboratory specialty/sub‑specialty as applicable to job responsibilities.
• State licensure if required by law.
• Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
