Infleqtion (NYSE: INFQ) is a quantum technology company headquartered in the Boulder, Colorado area, commercializing atomic clocks, quantum sensing, and quantum computing for commercial and government customers. Newly public, PhD-dense organization, and scaling fast — with the enterprise-systems buildout that comes with that arc. You'll be engaged as a contractor through Nspired Tech Solutions, the IT consulting partner standing up the company's project execution capability, and you'll work directly with the IT leader as your day-to-day sponsor— a senior enterprise CIO heading the buildout.

Twelve months from now, you will have driven a slate of high-priority systems and process initiatives to completion, and built the company's first project intake, prioritization, and status rhythm framework. This will be the foundation for an entire IT organization that will experience high growth based on what you build. In other words, this is a role for someone who builds the machine, not someone who needs the machine already built.

• High-priority delivery — take on the initiatives that matter most right now and drive them to completion; in a fast-moving environment, priorities are set with your leader and revisited often.
• Systems & process project
  s — plan and run implementations, migrations, and workflow improvements across business and operations systems.
• Compliance-driven project execution — run projects inside a SOX, CMMC, and export-control environment, including support for a government compliance enclave program.
• Service management — bring structure to IT service-management workflows and help offload deadline-driven configuration work.
• The discipline itself — stand-up intake, prioritization, and a status cadence; turn a growing pain-points list into a managed pipeline.
• Business analysis where needed — requirements, process documentation, and workflow design until a dedicated BA lands behind you.

• 5+ years managing systems implementations and cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Regulated-environment delivery — experience with SOX, government contracting, CMMC, or export-control-adjacent programs.
  First-PM temperament — you've built process where none existed and are comfortable being the only PM in the room.
• Range — credible with executives and with engineers and scientists, often in the same meeting.
• AI-fluent — you use modern AI tools as a working part of how you plan, document, and deliver.
• U.S. Citizenshipship is required for this role, given the nature of the work environment.

• Jira fluent — you've stood up boards and workflows, not just worked in them.
• ERP or enterprise-systems implementation experience (any major platform); IT service-management tools.
• Hardware, manufacturing, or deep-tech company experience.
• BA skill set; PMP, CSM, or comparable delivery credential.
• Boulder/Denver-area
