Business Integration Analyst

Ripple Effect Consulting is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a growing international manufacturing organization in the Louisville/Broomfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, optimizing enterprise applications, and improving business processes through technology.

In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support to enhance critical business systems, streamline workflows, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Administer, configure, and support core ERP and CRM platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure accurate and reliable data movement between applications.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and implement process improvements.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and support successful deployment of system enhancements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide meaningful business insights.
• Support data integrity initiatives through master data management and governance.
• Develop user documentation, provide training, and assist with change management efforts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, that can improve business performance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience administering Salesforce or another leading CRM platform.
• Hands‑on experience supporting integrations using middleware solutions such as Mule Soft, Celigo, Boomi, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• eCommerce or EDI integrations.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), business process documentation, and vendor management.
