Danone US is formalizing a dedicated Competitive Intelligence (CI) capability to deliver proactive, coordinated, and actionable intelligence that informs strategy and drives faster, better decisions. We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead this initiative. The key responsibilities for this role include.

• Build & evolve the CI capability
  :
  Define scope, operating model, and KPIs; refining with stakeholder feedback over time
• Program leadership
  :
  Create workplans, orchestrate cross-functional inputs, manage deliverables end-to-end, and communicate progress and impact to senior stakeholders
• Governance & routines
  :
  Stand up, govern and execute routines including leading task force teams and deep dives; align resources and ensure clear inputs synthesis implications actions
• Signal capture & tooling
  :
  Standardize and monitor signal capture templates and channels; develop and manage dashboards and synthesize data
• Assessments & recommendations
  :
  Lead fact-based assessments and translate insights into concrete "What We Can Learn" implications and recommended actions
• Thought partnership and effective collaboration
  :
  Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional partners; embed CI into planning cycles and leadership forums

• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Business-related field); MBA preferred
• 8+ years in strategy/general management/analytical roles in CPG or management consulting; proven track record leading cross functional programs and influencing senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated proficiency with syndicated data (Circana, SPINS, Nielsen)
• Proven track record of progressively increasing leadership responsibilities and building effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decision-making and foster a collaborative environment
• Ability to work in either of Danone's White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO offices (hybrid schedule)

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. Qualifications:
