** Overview:
** The Laborer – Material Handler ensures the
** Safety
* * of those we work with and around, the
** Quality
* * of the services we provide and the realization of our
** Profitability
* * goals as it specifically relates to Cleanliness and Organization of Material on our job sites.  
*
* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Safety management to ensure ZERO INCIDENTS within all areas of the company
* Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values individually and departmentally
* Maintain consistent housekeeping on the job site. To include, trash removal, sweeping, gathering, and cleaning of tools, supplies, and materials
* Assist with job site deliveries: unload equipment and supplies and ensure deliveries are securely stored in the proper area. Notify Site Foreman of any damaged or defective materials
* Material organization as the job unfolds, ensure install teams are supplied with what they need for the day
* Assist with job site gang box inventory of DMI tools and notify Site Foreman of any changes to the inventory
* Additional duties as assigned by Site Foreman/Labor Manager
** Requirements:
*** Must be 18+
* It’s important to have reliable transportation and report to work on time, every day
* Required to operate company equipment such as hand truck, hoists, lifts, etc.
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written communication
* Ability to adapt to change, solve problems and be accountable for decisions
* Very organized and detail oriented
