Sign-On and Relocation Bonus Available

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign‑on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment. In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Pipe Assembler II to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal building structures on welded skids. We are seeking an individual who is committed to performing high‑quality work safely, pays close attention to detail, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Operate hand tools safely.
• Assist with organizing materials and equipment.
• Assist in the assembly of pre‑welded piping flanged spools, valves, SS tubing, pipe stands, and threaded piping/fittings.
• Follow training and company procedures.
• Be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Follow good housekeeping practices.
• Comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
• Perform all work in compliance with company standards, do not deviate from policies and procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 100% pass rate on all safety training classes.

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of pipe fitting experience is preferred.
• Possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
• Work well with others in a team‑oriented environment.
• Meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product.
• Work flexible hours including overtime.
• Adhere to the company’s attendance policy.
