Flack Tek Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Production Manager in Louisville, CO to lead a high-performing production organization.
You will ensure safe, efficient, and predictable manufacturing of equipment while driving continuous improvement, scheduling adherence, FPY, and team development. The role reports to the Site Director and requires 5+ years in production leadership, strong ERP/MRP and planning skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
