DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Mix raw materials according to production formulas and procedures.
- Follow established procedures and SOPs to ensure safe and consistent production.
- Perform titrations and quality checks to verify materials meet specifications.
- Transfer raw materials between tanks, drums, and shipping containers using pumps, pressure systems, and other equipment.
- Maintain accurate batch records, production documentation, and container labeling.
- Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related manufacturing equipment.
- Support the pouring department as needed. When raw material mixing is not required, assist on production lines and with other manufacturing activities.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
- Forklift Certification – training provided after hire by Aragon Elastomers.
- Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to successfully complete a post-offer, job-related background check and drug screening, consistent with business necessity and applicable law.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
